Questions? We've Got Answers.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page — it includes detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Our support team is happy to help!

How should I care for my shoes?
To keep your shoes looking their best, wipe them with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and let them air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid soaking or machine washing. For styles with rhinestones, satin or lace, spot clean gently and store them in a dust bag or box.
